We are pleased to provide important information and assist with transportation to and from the vessel where you have booked your trip.
At the Port of Rotterdam, access to the terminals is not permitted for private vehicles, and regular street taxis are also not allowed. Instead, visitors and crew members must use designated transportation services approved by the port authorities or relevant ship agents. These authorized vehicles are permitted to enter the terminal areas. This measure is part of the port's efforts to ensure safety and efficiently manage the logistics in such a busy, industrial environment. We are happy to offer assistance with transportation and have strong connections with all the relevant agencies.
You will receive the latest travel information directly from your booking agent, which should be considered as the primary source of information.
A few days before your departure, Driving4uRotterdam will receive the mooring times from the vessel. Please note that these times may change up until the day of departure due to factors such as weather conditions, unavailable berths, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please keep this in mind.
IMPORTANT:
There are several options available for traveling to Rotterdam:

By Car: You can travel by your own car and park it at our free parking lot located near our office.

By Train: If you prefer to travel by train, we will pick you up at the back side of Rotterdam Central Station.

Pick-up from another Location: If you would like to be picked up from a different location, we can arrange that for you.

Hotel Pick-up: If you have booked a hotel, we can pick you up directly from there.

We're responding and provide an update on the expected date and time of the vessel. Sometimes we may ask you to follow up at a later time, as the sailing schedule may not yet be available.
What can you expect from us?:

We will keep in touch with the vessel and keep you informed of the date, time and at which terminal you can get on board.

We will register you and our driver at the terminal, for this registration we will need your full name and passport number.

If you arrive earlier in Rotterdam, it is possible to wait within the restaurant's opening hours. from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM

You need to order a taxi again for the return journey, As soon as you have an idea from the captain about how and when you can disembark.
