We are happy to share information that may be important to you. We are happy to help you with transport to and from the vessel where you booked a trip.

You will receive the latest travel information from your booking agent. This information is leading. A few days before your departure date, Driving4uRotterdam will receive the mooring times from the vessel. This can change until the day of departure, due to weather, crowds in the port or other circumstances. Please keep this in mind.

There are several options for you to travel to Rotterdam:

• You come by your own car and park it by our free parking lot in front of our office. We will take you from our office (through immigration) to the vessel.

• You come by train and we will pick you up at the backside of Rotterdam Central Station

(through immigration), we will bring you on board of the vessel.

 

• You would like to be picked up at another location.

 

• You have booked a hotel and would like us to pick you up from your hotel.
  Take into account the times of departure from your hotel room, sometimes it may not be possible to board the vessel right away. Bridging the time helps when your hotel is close to nice sights.

When will you contact us?:

• You send us an email with your details and where you want to be picked up.
  We need:

1. Your full name

2. The name off the vessel / Expected date

3. Your passport/Identity card number (to log in at the terminal)

4. Name of your agency booking company.

5. Pickup location

 

We're responding and provide an update on the expected date and time of the vessel.
You call us for more information and then send an email with your details.

What can you expect from us?:

• We will keep in touch with the vessel and keep you informed of the date, time and at which terminal you can get on board.

• We will register you and our driver at the terminal, for this registration we will need your full name and passport number.

We will make sure that there is a driver at the terminal for the return trip. You can email/sms/whatsapp  us with the expected time of arrival at the terminal. We also keep an eye on the vessel itself.
